For larger-scale and complex projects, we develop master plans, integrating different land uses, mobility, water cycles (water supply, wastewater treatment, stormwater), energy supply, incorporating renewable energy generation, and biodiverse and regenerative landscaping. Among other factors, we take into consideration the existing topography, attractive views, iconic trees, water flow, slope orientation, prevailing winds, and sunlight. These factors allow us to conceive a master plan that integrates with the existing landscape and nature.

Design of different types of buildings. We integrate and coordinate with other disciplines: structural design, electrical design, mechanical design, among others. We specialize in residential buildings, boutique hotels, and eco-lodges located in natural areas, and we have experience in educational, commercial, and corporate architecture.

In every project, we complement the architectural design with plant elements such as gardens, planters, and screens, including species appropriate to the site and that promote biodiversity and regeneration.

The design process is divided into two stages:

Preliminary project and preliminary studies, where the necessary studies are conducted to verify the feasibility of the project, in relation to prior authorizations from institutions, topography, and soils. This is followed by the stage where the ideas are translated into architectural forms, identifying zones, volumes, spaces, and materials.

Construction plans; technical drawings that include architecture, material specifications and construction details, structure, and electromechanical design. These documents are used for quotations, building permits, and site plans.

Construction inspections are performed to ensure the project is being properly executed according to the plans, verifying measurements, elements straight position, and construction techniques, materials, waste management, workers safety, and cash flow.

Once the construction plans are complete, we organize a private bidding process to receive bids for the construction of the project. A simple request is generated to compare bids, which are analyzed and decision-making is suggested. In parallel, the plans and other necessary certifications are submitted to obtain construction permits from the various institutions relevant to the project.
