Project Architect:

Location:

Our workshop is a highly valued and widely used space, since we are very manual and creative people, and we have equipped ourselves with mechanical and manual tools to execute various artistic and functional objects: art, furniture, doors and windows, artistic walls or space dividers, lamps, among others. https://workshop.luzdepiedra.com/
We have a CNC (automatic cutting machine), as well as equipment to work in wood, silkscreen printing, stained glass, seeds, concrete sculptures. We have also ventured into design objects such as skateboards by Américo Stagno, guitar bodies for sweetwoodguitars, artistic walls for the Golf Club of the Four Seasons Hotel, lamps for Hotel Lapa Rios, and several other clentes.
These manual activities have allowed us to perfect our constructive details, by working directly with the materials, and in this way check resistances and finishes in wood and others.
The building is located on the land of our house, it has been a progressive construction, we started by installing a simple structure of prefabricated concrete, recycled material from an existing house in disuse of another property; and then we have been expanding and enriching the building with acoustic insulation, fiber cement siding, shadow screens, and a good robust work table of steel and teak wood.
A functional construction, but which in turn includes artistic details in its doors, ceilings and windows, explorative elements to implement textures and innovative designs in projects, and a develop of our personal work in object design and art.
